It's Monday so I'm linking up with Becky again! This week is all about Christmas!
1. Tell us what your favorite thing about Christmas is.
I love seeing family and giving gifts! Some of my family only comes to town once or twice a year and Christmas is one of those times! It's great to see our family from out of town and catch up with each other. I also LOVE giving gifts! It's so fun picking out that perfect gift for someone and then watching them open it! I know people probably think the "right" answer here has something to do with the guy upstairs, but honestly, I'm thankful for Him and my faith ALL year, not just on Christmas!
2. Tell us what your plans are for Christmas this year.
Usually we have 850982 places to go on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This year, we tried to cut back a little since we don't want to tote Carson all around town! On Christmas Eve we're going to my mother-in-law's house for dinner and visiting with her extended family. She has family all over the place - South Carolina, California, Colorado, Japan, etc. I can't wait to introduce Carson to everyone! We'll probably try to do a church service on Christmas Eve as long as Carson is up for it. On Christmas Day we're going to do Christmas at our house first with just our little family of 3. After that we're heading to my cousin's house to see my step mom's extended family. A lot of them will be coming down from Michigan (GO BUCKS!) so it's always fun to see them during the holidays. After my cousin's, we'll head to my father-in-laws to visit and [quickly] exchange gifts. Then, we'll go to my mom's house. Luckily my mom and Nick's dad live in the same neighborhood so it's really convenient! Hopefully my mom's will be our last stop. The weekend after Christmas I'm sure we'll be all booked up with family to visit as well. Sorry you asked? :)
3. Show us a picture of Christmas in the past. Or present.
Here are a few pictures from last year (I was about 19 weeks pregnant)!
4. Do you wrap your presents all in one box, or do you like wrap each present separetely?
Maybe I'm confused but I've never heard of wrapping presents all in one box...?! Unless this means for one gift with little things that go together. In that case, I would probably put them all in one box if they fit and the gifts go together. If they gifts are for one person and they don't really go together (for example: a watch and a swimsuit), I would wrap them separately! I hope that makes sense.
4. Tell us about any special traditions that you or you and your family like to do.
You can read all about my holiday traditions in my post from last week!
