I'm linking up with Michelle today for some of my latest and greatest pins! If you'd like to follow me on Pinterest, click the button in my sidebar ---->
Today I'm going to pin some recipes in hopes that it will inspire me to try them out! I've been trying a lot of new recipes and I want to continue to add to my recipe binder!
I have loose "guidelines" for my meal planning to make it easier to choose meals for each weekday. We have Pasta Monday, Taco (or anything Mexican) Tuesday, Whatever Wednesday, Crockpot Thursday, and Free Choice Friday. Obviously I gave up on Wednesday and Friday b/c I just wanted some alliteration in the planning process. That's ok though...it gives me some flexibility in planning!
Here are some ideas for Pasta Monday.
Martha's Layered Mac'n'Cheese:
Baked Tortellini:
Baked Spaghetti:
Here are some ideas for Taco Tuesday (where I plan any Mexican food).
Taco Balls or Taco Roll-Ups:
Creamy Burrito Casserole:
Here are some examples of stuff I might make for Whatever Wednesday or Free Choice Friday.
Pizza Roll-Ups (Yes, sometimes we eat snacky appetizers for dinner):
Parmesan Chicken Bake:
Italian Layer Bake:
Finally, here are some Crockpot ideas for our Thursday evenings.
Paula Deen's Potato Soup (served with grilled cheese maybe?):
Crockpot Chicken and Noodles:
Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup:
Hopefully I'll try out some of these recipes soon and let you all know how they taste!
Do you meal plan? How do you choose meals?
Oh my word- you have my tummy growling now!
ReplyDeleteMmmm potato soup looks yummy! I would do a side salad with it though because I *try* to watch the amount of carbs I serve to the hubs!
ReplyDeleteI meal plan but just write down different meals to last us a week and we pick from the list each day...no set days like you :)
Found your blog through the linkup. Cute pins!! The baked spaghetti looks amazing! Hope you have a great day! :)
