Ingredients:
1 bag frozen ravioli (I used cheese)
1 jar spaghetti sauce (I used Parmesan & romano blend...you can never have too much cheese!)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (I used pizza blend because that's what we had in the fridge already)
1 bag frozen meatballs (optional)*
*I added the meatballs because my husband is a meatetarian. AKA he doesn't think a meal is complete without meat.
Note: I modified this recipe since it was just for the 2 of us. I used about a 1/2 bag of ravioli, 3/4 of the sauce, a handful of cheese, and about 8 meatballs (leftover from our meatball subs)!
Directions:
Put the [frozen] ravioli and sauce in the crockpot. Stir until ravioli is thoroughly coated. Mix in the meatballs. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours, stirring occassionally. (Be gentle with the meatballs unless you want them to crumble and create a meat sauce!) 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
Obviously, I found this recipe on Pinterest!
This looks yummy!! Totally added it to my list of things to cook this month!
